Equipa

Executive Director

Vera Marques

Radio was her first passion and the first steps were taken at the microphones of “pirate stations”, followed by national stations. Then came writing, such an incomparable love. On the way was a degree in Psychology, but Inês has already taken on the responsibility of realising the dream that her mother has not (yet) completed. For two decades she left her name on articles in newspapers, lifestyle magazines, specialised publications and also as a ghostwriter. At ADBD Communicare she is now embracing a new, but no less challenging way of communication.
In her soul she carries the magic of the continent she was born on: Africa. A good fork, she can't resist a moamba with funje, but she also gets lost in all the national cuisine. She loves animals, the heat, the smell of wet dirt and summer thunderstorms. Her dream trip was to the Krueger Park in South Africa.

Executive Director & Sales Manager

Magda Carvalho

Professionally, Magda began her career in journalism, but it was brands that captured her heart. She has been in the communications agency industry for over twenty years, with notable roles at various firms, including Parceiros de Comunicação, where she led the team that secured the first APECOM award in the Reputation Management category for Optimus Música, Sonae. She also served as a judge at the XIX CCP Festival. One could say that she deals with communication from A to Z. She is attentive and maintains a focus on anticipating challenges and managing clients. In pursuit of this, she underwent training at the Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics. In recent years, she has gained new and challenging knowledge due to her responsibility for raising three children. At ADBD, her mission is similar: to grow the flow of business. Shall we schedule a meeting?

Head of New Business Oporto and North

Alexandra Martins

She graduated in History, and she has been a journalist and had worked in agencies since 1993. The energy she uses in everything in her life comes from enjoying what she does and to be a fierce supporter of the combination of sports and organic foods. Healthy food is a therapy for her. She does not live without the fit tonic classes and without the stand up paddle, which brings her the tranquility and balance needed for her life. All the time left, after all, it´s precious for her, and devotaded to her family and friends.

Isabel Henriques

Isabel took her first steps in journalism at the age of 18 on a local radio station. Alongside her course at CENJOR, she joined Agência Lusa, where she worked for two years. If radio was her first passion, television was the love that followed. As a journalist at TVI, she did dozens of reports. This was followed by SPORTTV for 22 years. On the exclusive sports channel, she did daily news pieces, live coverage of soccer and other sports, as well as countless reports and even image editing. As she never turns her back on challenges, she gave himself body and souls to advising ADBD.
For Isabel, travel, summer and the heat are always the ideal destinations. This is without prejudice to the fact that the trip of a lifetime was to the end of the world - Tierra del Fuego in Argentina.

Although he was born in Greater Lisbon, he allowed himself to be bewitched and surrendered by the charms of Cidade Invicta and Futebol Clube do Porto. Bruno is a young man of many tastes, but what really interests him is trying to be, throughout his life, what he has always been until now.

General Executive Secretary

Marta Silva

Marta is our mother's courage, with three daughters. Nature changed her turns: one daughter was born too early, the other daughters came hand in hand. This events helped Marta to know very well the priorities of her life: to work hard and always in extreme concentration, to escape at the end of the day from Lisbon to the countryside and to her family, where she finds tranquility. She studied Communication Sciences - Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, and after a few laps in other sectors she ended up returning to the world of communication, but now in the backoffice. She solves all problems, from people to contracts, always with the same availability.

Financial Officer

Helena Almeida

There are those who have a one color heart, Helena has several colors: the colors of Portugal and France flags, a heart where family and many friends fit. She felt the Knack for numbers since she was a little girl, and that's why here at the agency, bills and finance are her terrain. She have many years of experience in financial management and no number escapes to her scrutiny.

But if she can take her bicycle for a ride on the weekends, she's happy too! Loves nature and socializing with friends, but its in music she finds her element. From classical to jazz, and some mainstream, she lets her sensibility rise above through the melodies. Paula may be a tough woman, but she's also a sensitive one. She likes to pamper and be pampered in return, like the big family woman she is!
